The steamed momos can be further turned into this lipsmacking spicy chilli momos. Those who do not like the plain steamed momos can try these . They taste heavenly.
- Steamed Momos - 6-7
- garlic - 3 tsp ( finely chopped)
- Onion - 1 small ( into small squares)
- green chilli - 1 ( slit)
- Shezwan Sauce - 2-3 tsp
- Red chilli sauce / red chilli paste - 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 2 tsp
- Momo Chutney - 3 tsp
- Spring onion - for garnish
- oil - 2-3 tsp
In pan add oil saute onions, green chilli and garlic. Add all the sauces and momo chutney with very little water ( about 3 tsp) to make a gravy. Now add the steamed momos and mix. Stir fry them until they are coated well. Garnish the chilli momos with spring onions and serve them hot.
